Richard has over 20 years experience in event production and set NJM up over 10 years ago, he is the main operational ‘face’ of the business and still prides himself on managing to handover each event to clients him self.

Nyla Heighes – Office Manager/AccountsNyla Heighes – Office Manager/Accounts
Understated commitment – Nyla keeps the wheels oiled and runs the office side of the operation, whether it be booking travel arrangements for the crew or ordering materials.

Alex Mercer - DesignerAlex Mercer - Designer
Alex studied Product & Furniture design at Kingston University back in 2002 before developing his talent in exhibit architecture. After a number of years working on projects around the world he resides back in the UK. Completing his Master of Design this September at Cranfield University in Innovation and Creativity in Industry, he offers not only the ability to design and create, but also to knowledge and skills to innovate.
